Default A couple of "Filling Foods" questions

It depends how many "non-filling foods" you have.. if it's more than 1 or 2,
your recipe isn't Simply Filling anymore..

I rarely have more than one non-filling ingredient anyway. It's not about
what you can get away with, it's about understanding how the program works
and why.

Some people do it differently, they just count the pts for non-filling foods
only, no matter how many there are. If that works for them, fine for them,
that is not how the plan was taught to us (the leaders).

that is my understanding, so if you have a pot of stew with filling foods
and say the stew is eight servings, and you put in 8 points of non filling
foods then a serving is 1 point, somebody please correct me if i am wrong,

As I mentioned, I recently tried the free online WW trial and have a
current copy of the "Filling Foods" list and the current "Momentum"
plan and its "Simply Filling" variation.

I have two questions about this:

(1) Comparing Simply FIlling to the old "Core" plan I cannot see any
difference at all - not in the foods list, not in the free weekly
points allowance, not in activity points, not in the suggestions about
portions or listening to your hunger signals and avoid overstuffing.
Are there really any differences at all from Core?

(2) How do foods which are made from Filling Foods and non-Filling
Foods work again? For example, if I make a stew from Filling Foods and
add a non-Filling Food ingredient to it, do I just count the points of
the extra items against my weekly extra allowance?

Thanks,
