splenda, but i don't drink coffee so i don't know how it is


Is there a way to tell if you are in Ketosis? How is it that to start
you have to be under 20g of carbs for a couple of weeks? Will you be
booted out if you have 21g? And if so, does that mean you have to
start all over again?

Are some soups OK? I don't see them on the Atkins acceptable foods
page, but some have pretty low carb counts...Should I stick exactly
with what's on that page?


i would make your own soup.

wait till you get the book, read it then start. don't waste your time trying
to piece it together and not know what you're doing.
