Default Is this the way to beat a stall?

Thanks for the good thoughts. I'll try to shake it up a bit. Since i've been
doing this for over a year, I'll need to do some serious thinking about what
todo differently. I've lost 50 lbs so far, but maybe I'm in a rut foodwise.
Any suggestions? I do eggs, poultry, fish, some berries, and salads, plus ok
veggies.
