I think you may have answered your own question. If you're going to
eat off plan from time to time then your losses may be slower than
others. If you don't do so already, consider keeping track of your
progress by charting your measurements. I found that to be a better
motivator and a better indictor of how I was doing when I was in the
weightloss phase.

You may also want to rethink rewarding yourself with food/treats and
do so with something a little more lasting like a new CD, a really
nice perfume, etc. You get the picture. ;-
