I just joined the group a few days ago. Been losing weight on and off for 6
years, losing weight seriously for about 2 months.
Might be a good idea to offer a summary of your stats (height, weight, age,
health issues, etc.)
I was about to offer some advice based on what works for me, but I'm pretty
much doing some extreme dieting which is questionable enough at my age
(mid-twenties) and a terrible, terrible recommendation for anyone older than
me.
The advice I can give, more generally, is keep strict watch over your
calories, and get an accurate way to measure yourself (recommended
weightloss is 1/2 - 2 pounds a week (about 0.2 - 0.9 kg)
