Currntly I'm STARVING at night, I've tried coffee, water, walking ... I
can't seem to kick this insane hunger at night.
What I do when I am hungry is...EAT!
I usually balance my calories so that I have a decent breakfast, which takes
me to lunch.
I usually have a very light lunch, because I am usually busy during the day
and have less time to worry about feeling hungry.
Around 3-5 I often get in a snack mood, so I have a few hundred calories of
some snacks like rice crackers.
For dinner I try to make a large-but-low-calorie big bowl of something. And
I make sure to leave 400-500 calories for evening snacking on edamame, fruit
and popcorn. So I basically snack a LOT in the evenings, but I still
averaged less than 1500 calories/day this past week without feeling hungry.
