I'm sure many of the nice things I gave away (that cost me a fortune, btw)
are now being had for $4 a pop a the Goodwill.

At least the new stuff I bought was much less expensive than what I paid in
the big-man's store.

The last two weekends. I have gone to lots of thrift stores. Got real great
bargains. Today I got 4 blouses, a suit jacket and slacks set, 2 slacks, 3
belts. Most of all these are name brand too. I payed 25.00 for it all. Last
weekend, about the same. I have a wonderful wardrobe going now. I started in a
size 26, and now am in a 18. Sometimes a 16.

I also gave most of the clothing that no longer fit... I gave it all away to a
Womens Shelter. The stuff was nice that I gave away, and expensive clothing. I
gave it to Women who are starting over in life. Domestic violence victims.

I like thrift stores, and yard sales. I buy things at Wal-Mart, and Fashion
Bug, and then see others wearing the same clothing in the season. I like to be
original. I dress with a sort of flair. Thrift stores..sometimes its a one of
kind feeling with clothes.

I seen some cool cool blouses, and really wanted them. But they were a size
10's and 12's.

For awhile there too. I was going to thrift stores, buying clothing that ended
up being too big. It took me time to get used to not being so big and
overweight.
