Speaking of gross.... Today, one of the guys brought enchiladas to work. It
was very sweet of him. They were home-made, he cooked them, and they were
tasty but swimming (and I DO mean swimming) in fat. I took a very small
portion for my lunch, but I didn't even finish it. I've completely lost
interest in fat.

Even with the small sample I ate, I felt disgusted with the slimy feeling of
the food. Everyone else (used to a high-fat diet, I suppose) thought they
were great, fantastic, etc. I did enjoy the salsa, though.
