*********** I cannot locate anything as a healthy oil. Would olive oil be
a healthy oil? It would still be 1 point / tps. How about any fat free
butter substitutes? thanks pintlar

Is there a non-fat butter type spread? If so, what is its brand
name? I can't find anything locally except 'Lite' which is too high.
2. In this line how does one stir fry without oil? I suppose I
could waste a point for a tps of oil (peanut) but I would rather
hoard points.

Use one of your required healthy oils (peanut is NOT on the list). If
the oil in your diet goes too low, your hair may get brittle and fall
out, your nails may get brittle, your bowel movements may be poor, and
your skin may be dry and inelastic (i.e. won't shrink well as you lose
weight).
