Default Exercise reduces risk of breast cancer

Thank you for posting that article.

I've always been curious about the topic, since hearing news reports in the
last decade that women athletes have a lower breast cancer rate than other
people. The upshot was that women athletes lower their estrogen levels by
reducing body fat, and estrogen can be a factor in breast cancer. I've read
that women athletes sometimes lower their estrogen levels to where their
periods stop altogether.

At that time, there was no speculation about moderate exercise for us regular
gals. However, in the last few years, there have been a few reports that
moderate exercise can protect us too.
