This is a poll (suggested by another person) aimed at successful weight
losers who have lost a LOT of weight (gone from obese to normal weight) and
who have maintained that weight loss for a reasonable amount of time.

1. What plan did you follow?

Weight Watchers with weekends off option for the first 48 pounds. ELEM
for the last few pounds and for maintenance.

2. How many calories per day are you maintaining your weight on?

I eat anywhere from 1,400 to 1,600 calories, and exercise three to five
times a week.

3. What is your age, sex, height and before and after weights?

38, F, 5'1"
168/117

4. Any additional comments about what made you successful.

Constant Vigilance!

Understanding that what I was doing was not a temporary "diet," but a
life-long commitment to change the way I live, eat, and treat my body.

And support and the occasional kick in the pants from the ASD folks.

I'll summarize the results for everybody!

Thanks!
