I did that for almost the majority of the time I have been lowcarbing.
Now that I have been doing it for about 4 months, I find the majority of
days now, I am eating around 20-30, yet in the past I would not get more
than 5-10 a day.
I would not worry about it. I think the less, the better
But I can't do that anymore
I am enjoying having a bit higher carb count
now.
