Default How many gram of carbs is too low?

Well, since some carbs come from veggies, and you didn't say "net carbs" my
concern is that you may not be getting enough fiber. That 20 grams on
induction is there for you to get some fiber, and fiber is important. Also,
once your craving are gone, there really isn't a need to keep cutting carbs
{carbs are not the problem -- excessive carbs and too many calories are the
problem}. Hence, if 20 grams of net carbs produced minimal appetite for you,
then try to keep at least that much in your diet. Also, eat veggies that are
high in fiber.
