Day 6 - Morning after a long weekend
Hello everyone,
I haven't exercised since Fri, so I'm not sore any longer. I'm going to
start exercising again today. I am trying to do it three days a week.
I'm still sick, but I feel better than I did Fri.
Ok. To the important stuff. I weighed this morning after a long weekend:
205. That is 2 pounds gone. WOOHOO.
