Default soya powder vs protein powder

i tried finding 'soya' power in the usda nutrient database; the closest
thing i could find was 'soy protein concentrate', produced by 'acid wash'.
1 oz or 28.35 g of this soy protein contains 16.48 g of protein, but 8.76 g.
of carbohydrate.
1.6 g of dietary fiber, 5.67 g. of sugars and assorted other minerals.
i am trying to figure out which is better for you, i don't have enough
information.

I got soya powder instead of protein powder because it was a lot cheaper.

I wanted to try one of the low carb donut recipes I have. It calls for
protein powder. Think I could use the soya powder in the recipe as

opposed
to the protein powder??

Thank you,
Kerri
