Default down ...even with a slip up

Why? It's just something to shoot at...better to beat it than not make it,
but as long as you're not gaining, it's no biggie.

Perhaps so...but don't assume that the extra activity has no effect on fat
loss...it just may not show up on the scale when you think it ought to.

Anytime my graph dips below my
