Default Fat Fast - does it really work?

In article ,
says...
On Page 272 of the Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution book, they start to talk
about the Fat Fast. This is where a person eats 1,000 calories a day, 90
pecent of which are from fat.

Having fallen off the wagon while trying induction, I'm tempted to try this.

Has anyone else done so?

Did it work?

Were you satiated?

Did anything bad happen?

I did a 3 day fat fast recently to push off of 312 and start the weight
headed down again. Of course I had to reasses the ole calorie count and
eat a touch less/mov a touch more as well. It appears I may see a 2 as
the first digit in my weight soon for the first time in 15 or more
years.

Single malt scotch is awesome (NO it does NOT have carbs as DON'T vodka,
gin, rum, bourbon, etc generally)
Malt can be made low carb through the judicious use of yeast.
