Default Hershey in low carb market

Not necessarily. If you keep your carb consumption low you are low carbing.
If you are eating only "real" food you are being some kind of purist. You
can low carb without being a purist about junk food. You can also avoid all
junk food without low carbing. They are two different things. If you wish
to embrace them both that is your choice but don't push your values on
everyone else.

| My girlfriend came over the other day and the first thing out of her
| mouth, "Guess what? I had chocolate at the supermarket. Hershey's now
| has a low-carb bar, and it was yummy."

| I looked at her blankly, then sighed. And then I reminded her that it
| was junk food.
|
| I think this is going to be an all-too-often occurrence with a lot of
| people out there that haven't "realized" that it's not just about
| low-carb but low-carb AND real food.

| (p.s. I am getting rid of the alias coderx. I don't like it. Gotta
| think up a new one instead of using my real name.)
