Marika,
Chung is a known usenet kook and troll. Check his posting history
through google and you will find that he was fired after only 88 days
of employment from a cardiac clinic in Ocala Florida. Chung
originally lied about his termination saying he was fired simply
because he is chinese. Then his story kept changing.

The clinic in Ocala stated that he was fired with cause for lack of
quality care of the clinic's patients. Chung was advised by his peers
to get help for his emotional and mental problems. His behavior cross
posting and trolling non related groups is only the tip of the
iceberg.

Chung has filed at least two false police reports against doctors who
spoke up and corrected him both on and off the net. That is a matter
of police record and is also archived in google.

it is best to not converse with him.
