Default HELP! question about foot cramps

Sounds expensive. You can add 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon (depending on the
size of your large glasses and your needs) of Morton's Lite Salt to
sugarfree Kool-Aid or Crystal Lite for the equivalent of sugarfree
Gatorade.

For some unknown reason, Morton No-salt (all potassium) costs 4 or
5 times as much as Morton Lite salt (half sodium, half potassium).
I haven't needed any in quite some time on maintenance, but to the
best of my memory, 1/4 tsp of the Lite salt has about 300mg potassium.

A list of foods for supplementing potassium are on Lee's site.

The water also has calcium in it and magnesium though, this and the
broccoli or maybe just one or the other ( I did em both) helped a TON!
I did not do the turn yet though.
