Default Recommend BMI scale

I've come across some scales on Amazon.com that also measure hydration, in
addition to body fat and weight. How reliable they are i do not know.

Beverly,

I have had a Tanita for a few months and threw out the literature. In the
evenings, I am like 22 percent body fat and in the mornings I am closer to
25. I know hydration makes a difference but in what way? Does it give an
artificial high or low number?

I am thinking of getting a BMI scale but there are so many choices out
there. Can anybody recommend a good brand? I leave the determination

of
"good" to your value system.

Are you referring to the body fat scales? I've had a Tanita for years and
haven't had one problem with it.
