I had about 1090 calories today:
300 Cup noodles
580 Double Cheeseburger
150 Chinese noodles
30 Little rice
20 Little Squash
1090


Good!


Got on the scale today and was not below 235 and so am still at 235
and still 30 pounds gone.


Left food is still and I still am in an air cast. No exercise until I
see the podiatrist on Monday.


At the calorie intake today, about .5 pound loss a day, 3.78 pounds a
week, 16.2 pounds gone in a month.


Last time ate was squash at 7:10. Hopefully no Burger King tomorrow.

The Hundredth day was two days ago. This is actually day 103 since I
started this year and I'm happy with the progress -- still a lot more
progress to make!

I'm glad you are happy with your progress, Caleb. Are you planning to
continue your weight loss? I have gotten to the point where I think my body
needs to assimilate the changes it has gone through, so I am in "maintenance
mode" at the moment. I will probably continue toward my ultimate goal after
the school year is over, and the pool is open again. For the moment, I am
happy where I am, with a 90 pound weight loss.

Good luck in your endeavours. My hope is that you will find an ongoing
lifestyle that you can live with healthily for the rest of your life. =c)
