I'm thinking about increasing my potassium again. I should be in a safe
range. I have read that the lethal dose for potassium starts around 14
grams, but it was not a reliable information source.

What is the potassium doing for you?

It's good for leg cramps and such. Just sprinkle a little lite salt on
your food, or eat potassium rich (LC) foods.

Interestingly, my potassium levels have become more normal since LC - they
were just starting to edge off the top of normal before I started (and
normalised my blood glucose levels too). They've gone from 5 (top of normal)
to 4.5, which my doctor is much happier with.
