7 layer salad (everyone always loves this)
deviled eggs

Crustless quiche went over well (even w/ some people who said they don't
like quiche)

For a dessert party, I brought mixed berries, mascarpone and put packets
of sweetener next to them. It was quite popular.


most people don't care about what YOU are eating, they are more concerned with
what they are going to eat. If they question you, just say you're avoiding
sugar.


Usually, if you've got a a reasonably well stocked plate, people won't
even notice the particulars.
