Can i kick my weight loss into high gear? And why arent i hungry at all?
I have started finally to feel my clothes get loose, and I am going into
week 3 of induction now...
perhaps if I started doing cardio I could really kick start my loss? I seem
to be loosing no discernable weight on the scale, but noticeably on my body.
what do you think would be good for me right now.
I am eating FAR less than even 1 week ago now as well, I just don't have the
appetite (perhaps 300-500 calories a day only), but I do feel great.
Its odd that I am eating so much less though, isn't it? I mean, I felt the
cravings to away before, but I am still an average sized guy (5ft 6in), so
should I be forcing myself to eat?
