Default Where can I download a list of "Negative Calorie Foods" ?


If this is what your friend is asking s/he is very confused
and should go to the nearest library, go to the reference
section, and read the encyclopedia article(s) on nutrition.

The answer to the first issue is NO as everybody has been telling you.

The second issue you address below is the fact that fiber takes
the body a long time to process, therefore it goes through the
body slower, therefore the body takes longer to feel hungry again.

That is NOT negative calories.

Your friend needs to start an exercise program; I find that
aerobic exercise like a long walk or Tae Bo not only burns
calories big-time, but also suppresses appetite, improves
cardio-pulmonary and cardio-vascular condition, combats
arthritis insomnia and migraines, helps prevent dementia
and cancer of several kinds, reverses osteoporosis, lowers
blood pressure and cholesterol. Strength training is
also needed, and flexibility exercise like yoga is an
excellent idea.

Your friend also needs to eat plenty of vegetables fruits
whole-grains and legumes which have most of the nutrients
people need, including fiber; also animal products like
meat for complete proteins, vitamin B12 and high-absorption
iron; and very limited amounts of fats with emphasis on
olive/canola oils.
