Blue Bunny is very nice.

I haven't found Blue Bunny around--and I must admit that I've never
heard of it ever. It is a low-carb specialty brand--something I'd
find in my sugar-free store more than a common grocer?

I tried Blue Bunny SF yogurt a couple of years ago when they
switched to Splenda. To me, not only did the texture obviously
resemble added cornstarch (think pudding mix or thick cold gravy),
but there was enough cornstarch in it to taste cornstarchy.
It seemed more like yogurt-flavored instant pudding than yogurt.

I haven't bought any other brand of SF or low-carb yogurt since,
because all the supermarket brands of flavored yogurts add cornstarch
now, even Dannon, and including all the "low-carb," miniature serving
yogurts. Most of the also add gelatin and/or vegetable gums, making
it more un-yogurtlike (leaves me to wonder what sort of watery crap
yogurt they start with to add all these thickeners).

I just go with Dannon Natural Plain and add my own fruit and Splenda
or SF jam. Dannon Natural Plain lists only milk and yogurt cultures
for ingredients.
