you'd better start to exercise.

You are right about this, there's no exercise in my routine.. But,
there's no time..

That is an excuse. If you wanted to exercise you would make time to do so.

) that's pretty clear and straight, you are right about that... I
can exercise regularly if I want to .. but that's all about putting
that extra... in you and do a little of exercise..

In your schedule, you sleep, eat and work. No time for your wife? No time
for your personal interests? I don't believe you. I've seen your website and
I know you're a newlywed.

Yes.. I do take time for my wife and personal interests.. I do go out
during the weekends..

Besides, if you gave up 30 minutes of sleep and did 30 minutes of exercise,
every day, you would feel more rested and more energetic.

I just take 200 - 300 spot jumps, do you think that's sufficient...
there's no enough room for the skipping rope to have a free flow...

I have no idea what would or would not be an appropriate amount of exercise
for you. I do know, however, that you eat more than you exercise or you
wouldn't be gaining weight.

Thank God

Yes, every day!

Yes that's a must .. I will keep you updated about myself.. I think I
should start exercising very soon.... or I too know I will end up in a
disaster...
