Food & Exercise -- 7/11/2007
Went to the gym for my usual Wednesday stuff. Afterward I had a
massage in the gym spa -- thanks to the gift card they gave me in
Minneapolist :-) -- and then had a sandwich in the gym cafe. Didn't
do much the rest of the day -- just odds & ends at home.
Food:
* 7:30 (home): oatmeal w/ peanut butter & flax seed
* 10:45 (gym, between lifting & yoga): energy brownie
* 1:45 (gym cafe): tuna fish sandwich on whole wheat bread
* 4:00 (home): 1 peach
* 5:30 (home): a bunch of veggies w/ f/f yogurt onion dip
* 9:00 (home): 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slices
f/f cheese & grated French hard cheese; 1 glass wine
Exercise:
* 10:00: Lifting: shoulder warmups; snatch pulls; power snatch; power
clean w/ split jerk
* 11:00: 75-minute yoga class -- emphasis on holding poses for longer
time
