Default Day 35 and still 19 pounds gone

You should use a computer program like Fitday to count the calories.

Food portions should be weighed.

Still 19 pounds gone as of this morning. (That is, no lower weight.)

I just got back from three and a half hours of snowshoeing and this
time the journey was great! I probably had too many calories yesterday
and today (3300 yesterday and 1500 calories by 1p.m. -- mostly sugar)
but my legs felt great today. Not at all like two weeks ago when I was
utterly exhausted, extremely dizzy, etc., after about 3 hours of
snowshoeing. So next time I go snowshoeing or hiking, I'm definitely
going to make sure I have enough calories.

So I will have to cut down calories from now on and in the week ahead
to make up for yesterday and today. Very interesting experience for
me, the difference between today and two weeks ago.

I hope everyone has a great day today and a great week tomorrow! I
hope we can all be "good enough for long enough" to improve our
health!

Yours,

Caleb
