Cubit -- Thanks for your suggestion. As of tomorrow, my calories are
going to be much lower and more defineable. Today I had a hard slog
with snowshoeing and I went off my caloric regimen. Tomorrow I'm back
on it and will have much fewer calories.
I limit my food choices and so am fairly aware of the calories in what
I eat and dirnk. Also, I usually keep track of my calories.
