Default Topic of delicate nature men avert your eyes.. women, has this happened to you?

I can relate to pain in the hip, which I've described here in the
sciatica thread, but not to the rest of what you describe.

I think you know that you really should go and see your doctor. I
would guess it's either that you've found bones you didn't know you
had before, which is common after losing weight (although you'd expect
sex to be easier as you lose weight, not more difficult), or that
maybe you have some kind of a prolapse or something. Whatever,, get
to your doctor and see what he says. Good luck

I thought that losing weight was suppose to solve pain, not bring it on!

I've lost about 40lbs now and I'm feeling good. Except for a few minor
things. One is that I see to have a pain in my hip that comes and goes
usually when I'm sitting (after reading the sciatica thread I'm wondering).
I am also getting a bit of back pain which I think is associated to the hips
as well. And here folks is where men should avert their eyes. While having
sex with my husband a few days ago, I found it uncomfortable. He could
enter fine but an inch in it would feel like he was having to go up and over
a bone which caused a great deal of friction (ouch). It's on the bottom
part of the vaginal wall and when he tried to see if he could feel anything
with his fingers he said all felt normal. The only thing I could feel was
the connection of the pubic bone at the entrance to the canal. It felt sort
of like a semi-circle. We tried switching positions.. me on top, from
behind, side to side but nothing seemed to relieve it. I was so frustrated
and tired by that point that we didn't try missionary. This didn't happen
at a higher weight or even 10lbs ago. It has me wondering if I've developed
some sort of tumor or... well I don't know an or. I am urinating a lot but
that could also be due to drinking lots of water (3-4 liters). One thing
that makes me think the urinating is not related is because when I do go, I
go a fair bit. IOW, it's not a tiny piddle. Otherwise I feel fine. I
don't feel pain. Pooping is fine and regular. I feel a bit of uterus
discomfort but I am expecting TOM in about a week or so and that seems to be
the normal for me now a days.

Any clues gals??!!
