become painful from losing weight either, so I doubt it's related to that.
I would definitely go in for a pelvic exam, because there are a number of
things that can cause pain and it would be best for peace of mind to
eliminate them. I don't know how old you are, but sometimes women's

organs
"settle" over time, like the bladder and whatnot, that could put alot of
pressure on the vagina - which could feel like a blockage of some sort.
Also, are you adequately lubricated?

I just turned 30 at the end of June. What's confusing is that the "bump"
seemed to be on the bottom (ie, the rectal side) of things. It isn't pain,
but it is certainly discomfort. There was plenty of lubrication also. I
thought that perhaps certain bones popped up after weight loss... I dunno
: - / I will definitely schedule something with a gyno. But out of
curiosity, what are the number of things?
