Default I'm polish, how to find points?

Hi, I was wondering how to count points for many polish foods I love.
I buy fresh kielbasa (several different sorts). How do I find the
points for that? Can I just use a general amount of points for each
sort? I buy them fresh from a butcher store. They are not packed or
wrapped. They don't give you any info on the calories, etc.

On the other hand, I hate eating frozen/pre-made food. I always buy
fresh meats, vegetables, grains, and make them by myself. Is the list
given in the beginning of the booklet as good as the one for the ready
made food sold by several companies? It's so hard when your eating
habits are so different then the American style. Almost none of the
food I make is in the book.

Thanks for any info

Hi Evie
I cannot find kielbasa in my WW materials or at
http://www.dwlz.com/index.html Dottie's Weight Loss Zone. Hopefully
someone else here can help you out. Perhaps you can find a similar
sausage listed at Dottie's site.
