If you go everyday alternation is good. But I can only get to the gym 4-5

a week, so only getting maybe 2 cardio or weight training sessions a week
in
wouldn't be the greatest for me. If I didn't do weight training the day
before
(I aim for every other day) I do 45 minutes on an elliptical and 30
minutes of
weights. If it's a second day in a row (usually Saturday and Sunday) I
just do
an hour on the elliptical. And I never let more than one day go by without
going.
