Nah not too harsh.. trust me if I could find 5$ sitting arround today i
would go to the gym myself.. Jeff asked me not to go for the daily walk
because there is a air quality advisory today... not that I know what good
that will do as we dont have air conditioning anyway... Looks like 6 miles
is my weekly tally this week

I am looking to purchase a treadmill and am I tired of looking. From
what I
can see, the cheaper the narrow the tread and the less apt to get
any
kind
of warranty. And the better ones start at 900.00 and up. Can any one
offer
me any advice on brands and models. I have nearly narrowed it down
to a
Reebok or NordicTrack. Both come with a decent warranty.
I've got good advice. Go outside. Endless track out there, as wide
as
you want it.
But if he is anything like me once winter hits outside is a 4 letter

Yeah, I know. Perhaps I was being a bit too harsh. It's currently in
the 90s where I am on the East Coast, with some humidity to boot. I'm
just glad I have a gym membership....
