Default Where can I download a list of "Negative Calorie Foods" ?

The reason the list seems limited, is that there are truly very few, if any,
"negative calorie" foods. I see apples on that list, but honestly, do you
think you use 100 calories to eat one apple? Celery could be one of the
foods you are looking for, but you won't last long eating celery and
lettuce. You need real food, protein, fat, some carbs in order to be
healthy and feel good. You're a human, not a rabbit.

Stop looking for miracle foods and learn to eat proper portions, and get
moving. Spend a couple of days HONESTLY recording everything you eat. Then
figure the calories you're taking in. You'll see where the changes need to
be, if you are honest with yourself.

This group here won't support the fad miracle stuff, so don't be surprised
by the reactions and replies you get. Most folks here are doing it the Real
Life way. They are eating less and learning to make regular exerise a part
of their life. Forever.

Duh ... I understand , I just want to see the list:-)
I PROMISED a friend that I would look at it, and
I try & keep my promises. I found a couple of
lists, but they seem quite limited:

I'm actually thinking ~ something like this one, with
exercise:

If anyone has a link to where I can get a reasonably complete list
of :

Negative Calorie Foods
and/or
Fat Burning Foods

there is no such thing. learn how to eat less and exercise more.

Please post a link to the inaccurate list anyway,
I just want to see the list:-)

here, let me type it slowly for you so you can understand: negative
calorie foods don't exist. fat burning foods don't exist.

eat less. exercise more. repeat forever.
