Default Weight losing book offer

If anyone is interested in losing weight without dieting, I have a
book in PDF format called: "I'm not fat, it's just something I ate". Sub
titled How to lose weight and not find it again. The book contains over
60 eating and/or self awareness exercises which have helped many people
lose weight while still eating food they love. It helps you discover the
reasons you choose to over eat and explore options to stop abusing food
and your self. It is not available in bookstores. By doing the exercises
