Are there any real people in this group???
Ads, ads, and more diet ads - and none of them really work.
For what it's worth, my family doc has me on phentermine (37.5 mg).
Along with a low-calorie diet and exercise, it works better than just
dieting and exercising.....and, after a workout; a Cafe Americana with
an extra shot from Starbucks keeps the HR jacked-up even longer.
If your doctor is reluctant to prescribe phentermine (must be 30 lbs
over - considered obese, and the laws are strict about its use), then
go with the espresso. It'll probably work as well or better than the
over-the-counter diet pills.
I don't discuss weight loss much at work and was hoping to find a
newsgroup or other site to hear from others about what works for them.
