from 1967, several years before Atkins' first book. It advocated 60
g carb per day, and eating 6 times a day. Since it was from '67, many
of the lunch and dinner menus included a cocktail. One of them was
called a bullshot. It was 3/4 cup boullion, 1-1/2 oz. vodka, 1 tsp
lime juice.

We made Bullshots with 1 ounce of vodka, 1/4 oz lemon juice, a scant
teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, dash Tabasco, beef bouillon (absolutely
fat-free or it looked bad) to fill. Combine all but the bouillon in a
fizz glass (looks like a water goblet) over three ice cubes. Add
bouillon to fill. Decorate with a lemon wedge on the rim.

Good drink.
