I'm sure you *can* do it without carbs, or with carbs, or without
calories, or while smoking cigars. If this is your first, then to what
are you comparing it? Are you suggesting that just because you can do it
then low carb must be OK for endurance athletes? I think you would have
to run several half marathons using different diets in order to determine
which one is best for that distance. Even then, there are too many
variables that come in to play from one race to the next and all the
training that takes place in between. JMTC
