Any experiences I should know about.

The principles of the acid balance theory seem completely nonsense, but
the general conclusion is to eat better quality food. If some folks
need a crazy theory to eat their veggies okay for them.

I figure it's a trait of growing up and moving out on your own to eat
and like your veggies, but calling that a rite of passage from
childhold to adulthood does not sit well with those folks who won't
eat their veggies. I call folks childish and they don't like it. No
mystery there. May as well toss some crazy theories at them and see if
it works.

I read a book related to acid/alkalinity balance several years ago. The
author indicated that a person that eats a high acid diet (example: lots
of meat and cokes) is more likely to develop cancer than a person that
eats a high alkalinity diet. A person that eats a high acid diet
(according to the author) will have lots more medical problems than a
person that eats a high alkalinity diet.
