Actually, the side effects they cite are pretty well-recognized among
longer-term LCers. They generally indicate 1) insufficient potassium
intake, 2) insufficient water intake, and 3) too much fat, and can be
easily corrected by 1) getting your carbs from high-potassium veggies
instead of foods that pretend to be things you shouldn't be eating
anymore, 2) drinking enough water, getting more fiber (see 1.), and laying
off the caffeine, and 3) eating less fat.
