hi guys
read somewhere that online groups can be a real help to people
wanting to lose weight--i've personally lost the same 30# twice in the
last two years all on my own---unfortunately i'm back to square one

spite of health problems and an unhappy camper for a doctor. does
online support really make a difference?

I've found it really instrumental in my weight loss. I'm a
56-year-old woman, and I've lost just over 120 lbs. in about two
years, and am now where I want to be. I'm still here, though, because
I know keeping it off is a lifetime activity. I think you can find
this group very helpful.

For the group to work best, you should talk with us about how you've
lost weight in the past, what you think made you put it back on, how
you're planning to approach it this time, etc. But if you aren't
ready to share details yet, you can learn just by reading what others
say.
