Default NYNY - Fred - Dec 10th

I saw our facilities director today and he specifically asked about
the temperature. I suggested that the air conditioning was
functioning wonderfully but it really was Dec and heat would be more
appropriate. He offered a heater. I've always had feet problems in
the cold but the hands have joined this year. I'm getting my
"windmill" in shape - rotate arms rapidly in circles....

Me three! Today I wore long underwear (top and bottom), layered under
slacks, sweater, and jacket. I was still cold. For the last couple of
months, I get cold easily and have a hard time getting warm. My feet
STAY cold, as do my fingers. A few years ago, I ran a fan in my
office. Now I'm running a foot warmer and wishing I could type with
mittens on. I was starting to think I needed to have my thyroid
checked. But maybe being cold is a normal effect of weight loss?

A year ago I was still in tops with short sleeves, blouses, t-shirts, etc.
Now I'm wearing sweaters, fleece, sweatshirst, etc. I'm cold all the time!
I wonder if our bodies will ever adjust, so that we don't feel the cold so
much?
