One thing to note here, the OP stated she was already eating low carb (about
100g per day), so she may not experience the large loss of water weight
because of this. Also, she is only about 15 pounds overweight at this point.
She may get a small effect from it, but I find it highly unlikely that she
will lose any large amount of water weight or inches.

That's probably true. *sigh* Not worth the effort then, as I've no
plans to go that low carb on a permanent basis.

I really wish there was something effective you could do about bizarre
little gut protrusions, but I guess if there was someone would already
be rich off of it.
