I have started finally to feel my clothes get loose, and I am going
into week 3 of induction now...
perhaps if I started doing cardio I could really kick start my loss? I
seem to be loosing no discernable weight on the scale, but noticeably
on my body.

what do you think would be good for me right now.

I am eating FAR less than even 1 week ago now as well, I just don't
have the appetite (perhaps 300-500 calories a day only), but I do feel
great. Its odd that I am eating so much less though, isn't it? I mean,
I felt the cravings to away before, but I am still an average sized
guy (5ft 6in), so should I be forcing myself to eat?

Thanks.

Ketosis is a natural appetite suppressant, so it's no surprise that you're
not hungry. I went through bouts of this as well, but my appetite
eventually returned. These phases are not uncommon and you won't always see
a steady loss on the scale... loss of inches is just as important. It may
be a good idea to also go by the measuring tape. You can't rush your body
on a whim... it's going to do what it does. The best thing to do is follow
the plan you're on methodically and with patience.

I think that it's best to try to eat something every few hours... even if
it's not a large quantity. Atkins did say not to go more than six hours
without eating to help keep blood sugars stable. The also body requires
energy for metabolic functions... you need the fuel to burn your body fat.
A few days of eating little won't be too troublesome, but making it a
continuing thing may not be such a good idea. 300-500 calories is FAR too
little for any extended period of time. Atkins emphasizes gaining good
eating habits... not just weightloss.

You may want to transition into the Ongoing Weight Loss phase and start
adding an extra 5 grams of LC vegetables per day. It might kick-start your
appetite.
