(200 g light cream, 1 ts unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 dash cinnamon, a few
drops of Splenda)
Dinner: 3 slices of 5 cereal bread, 3 cheese spreads, 2/3 tomato, salt &
pepper
Water = 7 cups
