Plenty, and then some. At least twice a day, drain the cooler, once
in the evening, and again in the morning before you put it back in the
car. Once drained, get more ice, and fill to your comfort level. I
usually get ice at the hotel (most will let you refill your coolers).
And, if you can afford the room, take two coolers, one for your meat,
cheese, and other parishables, and put your drinks in the other one.
That way, if something leaks it doesn't ruin everything else.
