Improvement - not Perfection
did another bout of exercise tonight.
The bike I use has a computer on it and one of the thingamies it does
is calculate your fitness level (1-6). When I first started seems like
a long time ago now, I was on f5, and after about a month I started
getting f4. Well today was the first time I made f3.
Staying OP too for a change.
